About Frederieke Venderbosch
Frederieke Venderbosch is a specialist in talent identification and leadership development in multicultural environments. She has more than ten years of experience in designing and conducting individual assessment and development centers, and has trained numerous HR professionals and managers in a wide range of leadership development topics.
Frederieke started her first foreign adventure at the age of 18, when she moved to the US for an exchange. This step led to a great interest in different cultures and to her embarking on more overseas adventures. She has lived and worked in various countries in Europe, East Africa and Southeast Asia.
Frederieke has been active for over ten years for international HR consultancy firm Cubiks as assessor, trainer, facilitator and coach. Many of her clients operate internationally and this enables her to carry out assignments throughout Europe. In 2010 she took a sabbatical and did volunteer work in Tanzania for international development organization VSO. As an HR Development Advisor, she trained and coached the management team of a local NGO in leadership skills. Afterwards Frederieke worked with Cubiks in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There she supported local and international organizations in selecting and developing their leadership talent.
After more than ten years of international advice and a 2.5-year stay in Malaysia, Frederieke decided to return to the Netherlands. There she started her own business and is now associated with MetisBrown. Frederieke has a Master’s degree in HR studies at the University of Tilburg.
